City Seeks Artist for Public Art Project

The City of Regina Civic Art Collection Committee is seeking artists or
artist-led teams to submit proposals for the “Skate Plaza – Wascana Centre –
Public Art Project”. The proposed artwork should engage the public, park
visitors and skate park users, as well as consider the natural attributes of
the site (i.e. park setting) in the design proposal. Proposals will be
accepted until February 2007 for installation before July 1, 2007. Original
proposals, plus five copies, can be sent to: City of Regina, Community
Services Department, Attn: “Skate Plaza – Wascana Centre – Public Art
