Job: Curator for the Dunlop Art Gallery

The Dunlop Art Gallery, located with in the Regina Public Library, has an
opening for a full time Curator.

The Dunlop Art Gallery is dedicated to engaging, researching and presenting
a diverse range of visual artwork. The main focus is on contemporary art and

Reporting to the DAG Director, the Curator will lead the co-ordination,
planning and presentation of exhibitions. The position has primary
responsibility for developing and delivering programming to the public and
library staff. It includes providing direction in research and exhibition
of the Dunlop Art Gallery collection and contributing to related publication
production. The position supervises the Assistant Curator and the
Curatorial Assistant.

Qualified candidates will have a MA or M.F.A. from an accredited university
program with a specialization in art history, communications or cultural
studies or equivalent and minimum of five years of art gallery experience,
including the organization of exhibitions and related programs.
