The Boreal Jam, an interactive arts festival in its second year, is
searching for artists to host creative workshops. An honorarium plus
donation to cover travel and material expenses will be paid.

The festival brings together artists from the area and away to create in an
informal open environment. It takes place September 1st and 2nd at Moosehead
Hall, near Bright Sand Lake, North West Saskatchewan.

In scheduling workshops, the Boreal Jam considers the following criteria:
• Performance, visual, literary, and musical arts are represented
• Local artists are engaged equally as artists from around the province.
• Encouragement for experimentation, collaboration and/or innovative
approaches to the arts in Saskatchewan.
• Consideration of the Boreal Forest/rural site
• Flexibility to accommodate beginners and experts alike.

If you are interested in hosting a workshop please send a proposal
including:
• A workshop description
• An outline of materials, space and/or technology necessary for the
workshop.
• A brief CV and Artist statement
• Contact information
