EMMEDIA Love & Lust: Compression Camp Call for Proposals

February 6-10, 2007

EMMEDIA continues our tradition of Compression Camps. This one will let you
explore the themes of Love & Lost. It all happens February 2007...come join
us and make innovative work exploring all the voices and mediums EMMEDIA has
been supporting for past twenty-eight years. EMMEDIA encourages proposals
for performance art pieces, spoken word rants, puppet shows, After
Effects/Flash pieces, protest video news format - whatever you can dream up!

We will accept informal proposals and digital submissions. The only
stipulations are that your ideas can be produced in less than one day, and
the resultant piece must be under 5 minutes for online streaming or
presentation. Equipment and tech support is free for participants: previous
experience is not necessary. Artists retain all copyright for works
produced. Equipment acess is provided in lieu of artists' fees. We invite
participation from Calgary and out-of-town artists. EMMEDIA reserves the
right to edit or omit works produced for the www.compressioncamp.com
